La Serenissima; Mhairi Lawson, Adrian Chandler, Eligio Quinteiro, Gareth Deats, Joseph McHardy. A Vivaldi programme including chamber cantatas and sonatas for violin and cello.

Kate Hearne (recorder) & Malcolm Proud (harpsichord)
A programme of recorder sonatas by Vivaldi, Corelli and contemporaries.

7.30pm  Baroque and contemporary music for violin and bass

Maya Homburger (violin) and Barry Guy (bass). This programme includes three sonatas by Biber plus Castello sonata and Breathing Earth by Barry Guy.

10.00pm Marin Marais – 350th anniversary

Camerata Kilkenny; Sarah Cunningham (gamba), Malcolm Proud (harpsichord), Sara Grosser (bass violin). A programme built around Marin Marais including his Les Folies. With assistance from Music Network.

Sunday 29th 5.30pm The Virtuoso Violin  

Camerata Kilkenny; Maya Homberger (violin), Sarah Cunningham (viola de gamba) and Malcolm Proud (harpsichord). Violin sonatas by Corelli, Vivaldi and Castello. With assistance from Music Network.

Monday 30th 1.30pm Baroque Youth Orchestra directed by Kate Hearne

A performance by the young model Baroque Youth Orchestra. A programme of mainly Vivaldi and Corelli orchestral music in which Kate Hearne will both direct and play as soloist.
