Craic in the Box Review
Neil Delamare

The Offaly comedian is still a relative unknown funnyman to the general public, but his high-profile appearances on shows such as The Panel will soon make him a household name in the mould of Messrs Tiernan, Moran, Hughes and both Byrnes.
The material is the strongest point of Delamare, whose delivery is laid back and unobtrusive. His material is shorn of all excess baggage and his ability to lock on a small aspect of everybody’s lives and turn it askew is priceless.
During his show in the Black Box in July he held the audience in raptures with tales of his life growing up and his school chums (he even dragged one along on the night).
It was the more mundane tales that proved even funnier. Trying to put some of them into words is a lost cause so if you get the opportunity to see him live then do so.
And rest assured, if he returns to Sligo , the Sligo Weekender will make sure you know all the details for a great night with a great comedian in the making.
