Recently redeveloped, The Model is distinctive internationally
as a multi-disciplinary arts organisation that is led
by the contemporary visual arts. The Model building
is an architectural flagship and houses world-class
programming and initiatives. The Model is now accepting
applications for a Restaurant.
The new Model Building re-opens in 2010. With expanded
facilities and gallery space, a full-time cinema, a
world-class collection, exhibition and music programme,
The Model promises to be one of Ireland’s most
unique cultural spaces. As a celebrated hub for art
and culture, The Model anticipates that the successful
Restaurant Team will meet the expectations of The Model’s
identity and vision.
The Model is renowned for its standards of excellence
and seeks only excellent applicants. The Restaurant
Team will provide food and drink of the highest quality;
specifically gourmet, organic and locally sourced produce
with well considered vegetarian options always available.
The Restaurant Team is to be an extraordinary commercial
operation that specialises in creative local, artisanal
food (not a catering service). The Restaurant Team will
serve The Model events and operate as a day-time and
night-time destination restaurant.
